Wolf Home works closely with and provides certain benefits to the professional design community.  If you are a professional designer, we encourage you to open a Design Trade Account with Wolf Home.  Below are forms we require to open a Designer account.  Please download and complete the Design Trade Account Information Form as well as one of the State Resale Certificates and fax them back to Wolf Home at the number listed on the form.  We will contact you when the account is set up and/or we have any questions.
