The Wolf Home store’s prime location at gives the company street front, which eluded them in their previous location in ABC Carpet & Home. Warren is involved in every aspect from the design process from working to create the perfect dye, to designing the patterns, even the thickness of the silk thread to create different effects. Warren’s natural talent has established him as one of the world’s most sought after textile designers and a leader of couture home design, leading to numerous commissions for private labels from top interior design firms. While he began his career in his family’s ready-to-wear clothing design business in his hometown of London, he soon became frustrated by the confines of street wear. Finding inspiration in the sensory impetus of textiles, he opened his first design store in the Soho District of London. It was through Warren’s foresight and unyielding commitment to superior home design that Silk Trading was born with a small shop in Los Angeles in 1992, which has grown into the world’s leader in couture home furnishings.
