Drapery, pillows, tassels and handbags can be returned within 7 days of it's receipt when returned with its original packaging, and in like-new condition. Damaged, used, or altered drapery will not be refunded. The freight return charge is the responsibility of the customer and the package must be postmarked by the 7th calendar day from it's receipt. Your refund will be made within 7 calendar days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 7 calendar days from the date you received your order. Products may not be returned or exchanged in our retail stores. All internet purchases must be returned or exchanged through web-site customer service.
Signature Textiles are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. Once we cut the yardage it is a final sale.
